Management: The management structure of Global Solutions Now under, Global Train LLC, will follow a combination of the Project-based and Matrix organizational structures. This organization will lend itself to a team sequence of Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Human Resource managers, with team leads under each division. Support will vary with an initial provision of capital to start a business, depending on financial history. Global Solutions Now will allocate 50% funding towards company capital for the first two years, with sponsorship and support of facilities and equipment.
The rate will drop to 10% after the entrepreneur has begun to manage his or her facilities, equipment, and product/services, the financial relationship ending after five years of business.
Donations and crowdfunding are strictly to support community-based projects and training for future entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Employment Placement:
Internship for On-the-Job Training:
The key difference between Training and Internship is that a Training Program is organized by companies for their employees to improve their skills, performance, and ability, while an Internship Program is temporary job training for a student to give them real-world experience about the workplace.
Global Solutions Now seeks to establish relationships with companies and potential employers to offer similar opportunities with the guarantee of a well-prepared and potential employee, based on a two-year training relationship and plan of preparation with marketable representation.
Career training and tuition support will also be available for aspiring high school and continuing education students.
